In 2011, Reverend Mac Shorty started a holistic movement, bringing together local Business owners and community organizers to create Community RePower Movement, a Non-Profit Organization aimed at raising cultural awareness through the unfolding of Art, Education, Health and Spirituality through which the Community can express itself and thrive.

A Reverend & Politician

Reverend Mac grew up in the City of Watts, Ca. He began with his grandparents James Johnson and Annie Lee Johnson, humble people with southern roots.

They taught Mac at a young age about hard work, education and standing up for his rights....
